We adopted a female puppy from Glenys and James 11 years ago and she was a miracle and a joy to us.
We recommend Silvermist Malts.

Hi Glenys,
Indi is now 4 years old, the love of our life and a precious member of our family. She comes to work and has many of my staff trained. Her toys have a pecking order and grown professional men will sulk if she does not bring them the top toy. Yes, it is very competitive here.

Duck tenders has become a firm favourite treat along with Friday's. Every Friday Indi goes to the groomers and has a play date with her friends. She has been doing this since she was 6 weeks and loves it. Let me tell you, she knows Friday's. She will jump up and try to push me out the door. The groomers even got her a top for winter that says "This is what spoilt looks like". She is our special little girl and she gives us so much joy, snuggles and love that giving her a fun day out with her friends it is a tiny price to pay.

She puts so many smiles on people's faces and kids adore her. There has not been a time that we have gone out for a walk that we are not stopped and kids ask to pat her. Indi is very tolerant, even with the smallest child.

Letting you know that Indi is thriving and happy. We are very grateful to have her in our life.

I highly recommend Silvermist as breeders. My husband purchased a male from them eight years ago and he is still fighting fit and has a lovely temperament. He is excellent with our other dog (ridgeback) and is good with all children that approach him. This breed loves to be with their owner, even follows you in to the toilet. When he was a pup we had a cat bell on him because he was constantly at our feet. If its a loyal dog your after, you can't go past a silvermist maltease!

My little man "Hiroshio" was a Maltese cross toy poodle & he was the love of my life, unfortunately after 12yrs the hardest decision of my life had to be made. I'm looking to have a little lady in my life & find the Maltese breed to be absolutely adorable as they are so playful yet can be stubborn & protective. I miss my morning walks and grooming sessions, which brought me so much joy! I hope that one day soon you have a litter that just may hold a little lady for me.

I have never regretted purchasing "Charlie Brown" I had another before "Bengie" so when he died I did not hesitate it getting another Maltese Charlie Brown is so intelligent (too smart for words" and he has such a lovely nature and personality There's never a dull moment in this household Hes so protective and has bonded with me His loyalty is fantastic I call him "shadow" as he's always there an such a marvelous lit watch dog He's spoilt rotten but worth it
He'll be 3 yr old next Thursday (27th March) He's very dominant and tries to boss but soon gets the message he can't put it over ME He's so protective of me and is a good judge of character when strangers arrive
I hope I have him for many years to come as he makes my day and the best therapy I couldhave One doesn't need painkiller or a counsellor when on has "Charlie Brown" If I had the room I'd get him a playmate but I'm thinking about it
"The best investment I ever made" Thanks Glynis

I was very excited to see on your website the pedigree of the NZ Champion My Boy George, his great grandparents on the sire side were the parents of my male dog ie Whitesilk Wild Thing & Gypsy Rose Lee bred by Mr B F Young in March 1999. He was Whitesilk Wild Spirit. We called him Riki after his father whose nick name was Rickey. Unfortunately we lost Rik in October 2011, he was a much loved pet, but we have another Whitesilk boy called Whitesilk Our Rory born in July 2001 he is now 12 1/2, he is also a much loved pet. I knew Bev & Barry Young for many years, they bred beautiful sweet natured Maltese. Sincerely Pam Churchman
